Supporting Women To Succeed

In order to succeed, we must first believe that we can.

Female Business Coach

As a female business coach, supporting women to succeed is the sole focus of my work.

Sometimes it can be challenging for women to recognise, acknowledge and praise themselves for what they have achieved, and instead focus on what they haven’t, or where they should be, or what they could or should be doing. But this is not the case. This is why I believe so passionately in what I do as a female business coach supporting women succeed.

Others do not define a successful business and owner, but by you, it is your business, your career, your dream, your creation and therefore what success looks like is what you define it as. This is such an important message I reinforce with all my clients. You can spend a lot of wasted time, trying to be like someone else, or another business, but that doesn’t make you and your business a success or stand out. Remember, your professional goals are unique to you, and your work-life circumstances are individual. So please don’t try to be the same as others, don’t place that pressure on yourself, love being you and embrace your abilities, your dreams, your passion, your self-confidence and your drive.

Small steps lead to success.

Success isn’t a defined by a calculation; it comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes and therefore defining what success looks like to you, is the first step of the journey. There will always be highs and lows, but it's having the perseverance, resilience and self-belief that will lead you through any challenges that arise.

It is your life, your business, your purpose, your goals, which means you can choose what you want to achieve and determine your own future.

As women, we are strong, we are intelligent, we are resilient, we are great multitaskers, and we can achieve our ambitions.

Being ambitious is a positive NOT a negative.

You are allowed, I promise, to be ambitious to push for the next level, to take the next step, to grow your business, to go for that big client, to diversify, to try out that idea and importantly to be professionally successful and financially successful, this is allowed. You will only ever fail for not trying.

You have the knowledge, the experience, and the ability. But sometimes we can struggle to get the results we want in our business, which can have an effect on our personal lives.

Health and well being is equally important in life as financial security. Which is why I ensure i take the time to understand and support both the health and wellbeing of my client’s journey as well as the professional elements, as these are not mutually exclusive we are one person, we need to look after ourselves just as much as our business.

Investing in yourself is allowed.

Do you find you have got to a certain point in your career or business and feel like you are at an impasse, not sure how to move forward, perhaps you feel fear or lack of confidence or self-belief to achieve your dreams, goals and achievements? Then invest in yourself, whether that’s permitting yourself to have time to recharge your batteries, reassess your journey, perhaps it’s allowing yourself to spend money on you and your personal development, training, mentoring, coaching. You are an asset to your business, so invest in you is just as important as investing in your business.

I believe that every woman is a successful businesswoman. Sometimes it is courage that we need to embrace with both hands to strive for something more than what we currently have.

What I often find is women look to compare themselves to others and although this is entirely understandable and I'm sure we can all relate to this, I strongly reinforce a personal focus on you, as an individual, be comfortable with you are, what your journey and story is. You do not need to justify this to others.

REMEMBER;

· You don’t need approval, but you do need self-belief

· You don’t need recognition, but you do need to believe in your abilities.

· You don’t need to be accepted, but you do need to focus on what drives you and your purpose.

It is so important to me to bring this awareness to the forefront of my client’s minds, to help them re-centre and focus on their strengths and achievements to succeed. Please think of me as your coach and accountability partner.

Be brave, ask for help and go after what you want!

As women we are often juggling many different parts of our lives and often how we feel we are managing all these demands on us, can result in feelings overwhelm, not knowing where to start, how to approach a situation and manage our day to day work/life challenges. Sadly these feeling often manifest themselves into stress and worry which all to often affects the business.

But this does not have to be the case, as a woman in business, we have so many inner strengths, many of us just need to reconnect with them, have renewed focus, remind ourself of the passion for doing what you are doing, and then put this down into a clear blueprint or action plan, to help move forward.

This can often mean facing where you are now with your business and personal life. But be brave, ask for help and go after what you want! Don’t let challenges hold you back. This is why coaching is invaluable; it provides you with the support, skills, techniques and tools to assist you in achieving your success, with someone there to help support you, guide you and see you fulfil your goals.

It’s ok to experience imposter syndrome as long as we turn this awareness into a positive.

As women, we are resilient; we have perseverance, passion, drive and a desire to achieve our professional and personal goals. Just sometimes, it is hard to keep this in mind. Some people may feel “imposter syndrome” creep up on them.

But every woman can be a successful woman, build and grow a meaningful business that gives you the work-life balance you seek and makes you money to support your dreams.

“Just because you fail once, doesn’t mean you’re gonna fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don’t, then who will, sweetie?” -Marilyn Monroe

“Courage allows the successful woman to fail and learn powerful lessons from the failure. So that in the end, she didn’t fail at all.” -Maya Angelou — American poet
